The system is heavily relied upon in daily operations and plays a central role in the business, so ensuring its smooth performance and strategic utilisation is essential.This role involves working closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business goals.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Extensive experience integrating Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong background in redesigning trigger frameworks and optimising trigger usage
Solid understanding of Process Builders and Workflows
Ability to take complex business requirements and translate them into clear, deliverable solutions
Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong communication skills and confidence in collaborating with C-level stakeholders
Additional Preferred Experience:
At least 6 years of hands-on development experience is preferred
Experience with API integrations and external system connectivity
