Become a Support Worker in Ruthin.Are you someone who leads with compassion, thrives on meaningful connection, and finds joy in helping others live their fullest life?About the Role:We're looking for a caring, reliable, and personable Support Worker to assist a vibrant client with muscular dystrophy in his own home and out in the community.Here's how he describes life with his future support worker:“I love getting out and about-whether that's enjoying the local pub, catching a film, flying my drone, or heading to concerts with mates. I need someone dependable and friendly to help me navigate these moments and make them even more enjoyable. Flexibility is key, especially when the music calls.”You'll be working 3 nights a week, over the 7 days, so must be flexible.What we're looking for:We're looking for someone who brings more than just skill-you bring heart.· You're confident behind the wheel and hold a full UK driving licence, ready to hit the road for spontaneous pub trips, drone adventures, or live concerts.· You've got hands-on care experience, and you understand what it means to be there when it matters most.· Your nature is gentle, your patience long, and your communication clear-someone who connects with compassion and listens with intent.· You're flexible and reliable, ready to adapt when plans shift, and you carry your sense of humour with you even on the busiest of days.. NVQ level 2 or a aboveWhat to look forward to:
  • Paid up to £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
