- Identify opportunities for scaling campaigns while maintaining ROI discipline.
- 1-2 years of digital marketing experience on paid ad platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google.
- A creative thinker who keeps up with social trends and understands buyer psychology.
- Comfortable analysing data to inform decisions (Excel/Tableau/Power BI).
- ROI-driven, with a growth mindset and a bias for action.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple campaigns and projects concurrently
