As a Nursing Associate, youll be a key part of our multidisciplinary teambridging the gap between Healthcare Assistants and Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.Main duties of the job
  • Delivering holistic nursing care under the supervision of registered professionals
  • Carrying out clinical tasks including wound care, immunisations and long-term condition reviews.
  • Administering flu vaccinations, pneumococcal and child immunisations
  • Perform and record clinical observations such as blood pressure, temperature, respirations, and pulse
  • To provide routine care to patients as required in accordance with clinical based evidence, NICE and the NSF
  • Promote health and well-being to all patients, for example undertaking the NHS health check
  • To provide wound care, dressings and other clinical tasks as required
  • Carrying our cervical screenings and seasonal vaccinations
  • Supporting health promotion and education initiatives
  • Contributing to the assessment, planning, and evaluation of patient care
  • Is a registered Nursing Associate with the NMC
  • Has experience working in a primary care, community or similar setting
  • Brings strong clinical judgement and a proactive, person-centred approach
  • Communicates clearly and works collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Is organised, adaptable and committed to professional development
  • Shares our values of kindness, excellence, and accountability
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
