- Knowledge of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- The ability to operate a variety of plant machinery, including heavy rollers, dumpers, compressors/Jack Hammers, STIHL saws, and whacker plates safely.
- Experience of working within Highway construction/maintenance.
- The ability to work within a team environment and under your own initiative.
- Experience of running a small team.
- Good communication and numeracy skills.
- Experience of working with members of the public who come from a variety of different backgrounds
- Willing to undertake training, if and when required.
- Able to work in all weathers.
- Full UK Driving License
