SEN Teaching Assistant - BletchleyAre you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and inclusive team in Bletchley. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is eager to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.About the Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. Your role will involve working on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with special educational needs in their learning and development
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
  • Implement individual learning plans and behaviour management strategies
  • Provide emotional and pastoral support to students
  • Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but not essential
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learners
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
