- Dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles
- Diagnosing faults and accurately assessing damage
- Working alongside panel beaters and paint technicians to complete repairs to the highest standard
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Proven experience as an MET Fitter or Technician
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or training (ATA/NVQ Level 3 desirable)
