NonStop Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Children Looked After Social Worker to join a committed and fleixble team in a local authority just outside LondonAs an integral part of the Children Looked After team, you’ll support children and young people from the point of care entry through to permanency or preparation for independence. You’ll be a key advocate in ensuring their voices are heard, their needs met, and their futures brightened.What this role Offers You£38/hrGood Ofsted * Stable, on-going contractHybrid/flexible working arrangements- x2 days in officeManageable caseloads (16-18) with strong team and management supportWhat We’re Looking ForQualified Social Worker (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)SWE (Social Work England) registrationMinimum of 3 years’ post-qualifying experience in children’s services * Fully Drivers license with access to a vehicleStrong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Children Act 1989A commitment to trauma-informed and strengths-based practiceReady to make a difference?
