
Interim Management Accountant

- Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Provide insightful financial analysis to support business decisions and performance tracking
- Maintain accurate accruals, prepayments, and journal entries
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand cost drivers and identify efficiency opportunities
- A recognised accounting qualification or be part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally in a fast-moving or evolving business
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems such as Sage, Oracle, SAP, or similar
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to explain financial information clearly
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with a willingness to get involved across the finance function
