You will be supported to deliver high quality teaching and learning across multiple subjects to children and young people with specialist needs. You will receive training to support pupils with Autism. All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:
  • Teaching Assistant Qualification (desirable not essential)
  • Relevant teaching assistant/care or childcare experience
  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons
  • Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
