We're working with a well-respected mental health service that supports children and young people, and they're looking for compassionate and motivated RMNs to join their growing team.Whether you're an experienced Mental Health Nurse or newly qualified, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a service that puts patient care first - with one of the best staff-to-patient ratios in the sector, you'll have the time and support to make a real difference every day.Newly qualified nurses are very welcome to apply. Full training will be provided to help you build confidence and develop your skills in this specialist area.What the role involves:

Delivering thoughtful, person-centred care to young people
Acting as a key worker and contributing to care planning and reviews
Working closely with families, therapists, and the wider clinical team
Creating a safe and nurturing environment where patients feel supported
Advocating for young people, ensuring their voices are heard

Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience

What they're looking for:

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or final-year nursing student eligible for NMC registration
Someone with a genuine passion for working with young people
Experience in the inpatient mental health, or similar settings is welcome but not essential - full training and support will be provided
