Do you love enabling teams to deliver more efficiently and scalably?The impact you will have:Sitting within our Crypto Intelligence Team, you will lead a team of Analysts to help build our best-in-class dataset that is collected across the open and dark web. Your contributions will form our ground truth dataset, the most fundamental building block that defines our understanding of low-risk and high-risk crypto wallets - helping hundreds of our customers, every day.Key ResponsibilitiesWhat you will do:
  • Lead the Intelligence Collection Team, maintaining responsibility for its work outcomes and the wellbeing of its people
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the team, from hiring to defining objectives and key results
  • Manage outsourced resources, including contractors, to enable scalable data collection
  • Work closely with the Research team, who will guide your data collection, and our Crypto Intelligence Engineers, who will work closely with you to maximise the outputs of your team and provide you with a useful toolchain.
  • Think strategically about how to align the team's goals to the wider company objectives

  • Experience in leading a cross-functional team or project

  • Line management experience
  • A broad understanding of the technology used in the tech industry (cloud computing, APIs, web scraping, databases, ...)

  • Knowledge or experience within the cryptocurrency/blockchain sector
  • Knowledge or experience within the intelligence sector
  • A demonstrable interest in cybercrime trends
  • Experience working within a fast-paced data or research-led environment
  • Experience in managing outsourced teams
