
SEMH Pathway Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Support

- Part-time
- Have the ability to build effective relationships with students, parents and other staff
- Assisting with the delivery of tailored learning programmes
- Supporting students with personal care needs (including toileting and feeding)
- Encouraging independence and promoting positive behaviour management strategies
- Working collaboratively with the wider staff team and families
- Experience working with children or young people with SEN (in a school, care, or support setting) NOT ESSENTIAL
- Comfortable and confident in supporting personal care
- A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach to working with vulnerable students
- Enhanced Child only DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, term-time only
- An understanding of safeguarding procedures.
