- This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Shifts can range between 6am until 8pm, with our Sous Chef schedule consisting of mostly Monday to Friday 0800 -1630 to oversee lunch service - a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.
- The annual salary is £ 33,253.67/Hourly rate is £15.93.

- You will be running shifts and guiding your team when the Head Chef is not present, producing up to 1000 meals at a time – so organisation and the ability to thrive under pressure is required!
- You will be organising and supporting your team to ensure a smooth operation daily, allocating tasks so that your team and time are fully utilised.
- You will be producing food in line with recipe sheets, and have full knowledge of all menu items served, including allergen information.
- Management of production and food levels to ensure minimal waste. You will also be placing orders and keeping records of any stock wastage, alongside receiving deliveries, and ensuring they are stored correctly, and the FIFO method is followed.
- Conducting deep cleans daily / weekly alongside your team, ensuring all staff are fully trained on their sections and have undertaken any relevant training as required.
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work in the UK.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting.
- Relevant culinary qualification and proven on the job experience acting as either a Sous or a Senior CDP.
