  • Provide in-class and 1:1 support to students with additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Assist with learning activities across subjects and age groups, adapting approaches as needed
  • Help students develop essential life skills, confidence, and self-esteem
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to implement individualised support plans
  • Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive
What You’ll Need:
  • Patience, resilience, and a good sense of humour
  • Experience supporting children or young people in schools, clubs, care, or community settings
  • A warm, empathetic nature with a passion for helping every child feel valued and supported
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with SEN, challenging behaviour, or communication needs is a plus
  • A desire to build a career in education, psychology, or youth work
