We focus on a person-centered approach, ensuring each individual's strengths, interests, and aspirations are at the heart of everything we do.Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day support and care of individuals with autism. You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and social well-being.About Bangeston Hall: Situated in Pembroke Dock, Bangeston Hall is our largest home in Pembrokeshire, housing up to 17 adults. The main manor house has 10 bedrooms and ample communal space, complemented by a five-bed lodge and a two-bed home. The grounds feature a market garden, allotments, a polytunnel, a smallholding, and rooms for music and art, offering various opportunities for nature activities, life skills, and relaxation.A day in the life of working at Bangeston Hall includes:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Encourage and support individuals in participating in community activities, leisure pursuits, and educational programs.
  • Foster a positive, supportive environment that promotes independence and personal development.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards.
