- Execute product roll-out and serve as the point of contact for help desk inquiries.
- Address stakeholder queries and enhance documentation in partnership with knowledge article authors.
- Manage business requirements across interconnected products and channels using project management principles and Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with technology using Jira and Agile development to deliver against the product roadmap.
- Facilitate monthly production release cycles, addressing user impacts.
- Create stakeholder materials for senior management presentations.
- Document blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability.
- Contribute to change management activities across functional partners.
- Document adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- Exposure to operational management and change readiness work streams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, Jira Align, and Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Comfort in dealing with senior executives.
- Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes.
- Proven ability to utilize analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down objectives into manageable tasks.
- Ability to connect the dots, anticipate issues, and identify trends to pre-empt the coming needs.
