Locum Planning LawyerHome CountiesRate: £55 - 60 per hour (Interim/Umbrella)Working: RemoteA highly reputable Local Authority in the Home Counties is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join the team on a locum basis.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and growing team on a full-time basis. It is a remote working position, besides committee meeting attendance every now and again (perhaps once every 2 months).The Planning Lawyer role:Key duties of the Planning Lawyer will include:
  • To provide legal advice and support to the Council on complex Planning Law
  • To handle own caseload of planning matters of mainly section 106 matters
