Up to £35,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £90,000)Simon Acres Recruitment are delighted to be working with a luxury kitchen showroom in South Buckinghamshire, who are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to join their talented and passionate team.This is a standout opportunity for a confident and driven designer who thrives on bringing luxury interiors to life and is motivated by achieving high-value sales within a supportive and design-led environment.As a Senior Creative Designer, you'll be:
- Meeting clients in a beautifully presented showroom, guiding them through their dream kitchen journey
- Designing high-end kitchen concepts tailored to individual lifestyles and tastes
- Managing projects from concept through to completion, including site prep and client liaison
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver a seamless client experience
- Generating new business opportunities, while maintaining and growing existing client relationships
- A minimum 2–3 years' experience in kitchen design and sales
- A proven sales track record in a target-driven environment
- Strong creative and technical design skills, with accurate quoting
- A consultative approach to client service and strong negotiation skills
- Confident handling of project challenges or on-site issues
- Ambition to grow within a luxury, high-performance environment
- CAD software (ArtiCAD experience highly beneficial)
- Photoshop
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and internal systems
