
Senior Manager - Digital (12 month FTC)

- Manage both up and down, lead account teams, and partner with leadership to strengthen client partnerships
- Develop long-term client plans/program recommendations and proactively suggests improvements
- Oversee and craft social content to the highest standard
- Actively support new business pitch content creation, participate in pitches, and hone presentation skills
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with relevant social platforms and digital suppliers necessary to deliver best-in-class services and consultancy to Weber Shandwick's clients
- Demonstrate high capabilities in a broad spectrum of digital marketing
- Manage and report on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Work autonomously on client work and is able to self-check work
- Lead and/or heavily contribute on client calls
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent digital and social skills
- Ability to translate client needs into project plans
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver and manage digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong level of commercial awareness
- Should be proficient in leading/managing at least four specialist areas - social listening, paid social, paid search, display advertising, SEO, organic content creation, influencer management and social/digital strategy development
