Location: Padiham, East Lancashire
Salary: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time (temporary with the view to go permanent)
Start Date: October 2025Key Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.- Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all pupils.- Assist in the personal, social, and emotional development of children aged 3–5.- Observe, record, and support the development of pupils in line with EYFS framework.- Contribute to planning and assessing, providing valuable input for each child’s learning journey.- Support children with additional needs as required.We’re Looking For Someone Who:- Has experience working with children in an EYFS setting.- Holds a relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistant Certificate).- Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.- Is proactive, patient, and nurturing with excellent communication skills.- Works effectively as part of a team and builds positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.We Offer:- A welcoming, inclusive school environment with a committed team of educators.- Ongoing professional development opportunities.- A well-resourced Early Years setting designed to inspire and engage young learners.- The chance to make a genuine difference in children’s lives during their most formative years.To Apply:
