Our new intranet needs an experienced Internal Communications Project Specialist to lead its implementation and launch phases.Either hybrid working from our St Neots office or working remotely, with the ability to travel to St Neots occasionally, you'll be responsible for autonomously managing the project, along with its dependencies while getting the intranet ready to go-live.Alongside managing the project, you'll finalise the intranet build, write and create new content, work with our stakeholders to sign off each area of the intranet and finally write the launch communications and plan.The experience you'll bring to the projectYou're a dedicated internal communications expert with experience of managing internal change communications and working on intranet projects.Essential skills and qualities for the roleYou have proven project management skills and you're a first-class planner with excellent attention to detail and high standards of delivery.You're a strong internal communications writer and content producer.You're confident working independently and collaboratively with our stakeholders, and quickly able to build solid working relationships.You're naturally proactive, motivated and able to work to deadlines.You have a working knowledge of SharePoint.It would be great if you also have … the ability to use the Adobe creative suite.Our non-negotiables:Due to the highly-secure nature of the projects you will be involved with, you must be eligible to work in the UK and be eligible to undergo and maintain UK government SC Security Clearance.Who is MASS?MASS is an independent, global technology company, trusted by highly-secure organisations to provide advanced, digital services that manage data and keep information safe.
