- Provide high-level administrative support to directors, including managing schedules and organising meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required by the leadership team.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries, ensuring efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders.
- Monitor and prioritise incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Support the wider secretarial and business support teams during peak periods.
- Assist in project coordination and follow up on action points to ensure timely completion.
- Previous experience in a similar role, either office manager, executive assistant or personnel assistant.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude towards problem-solving.
- Professionalism and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
