*Investigate and troubleshoot issues via phone, email, or occasional onsite visits
*Customise and configure D365 environments - including fields, forms, workflows, and permissions
*Manage service requests in line with SLAs, escalating where necessary
*Assist with customer onboarding and D365 implementations
*Participate in project work and system improvements
*Identify opportunities for service or solution enhancements
*Maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughoutSkills and Qualifications*Experience customising Dynamics 365 (e.g. forms, business rules, security settings)
*Good understanding of data handling: exporting, cleaning, and importing records
*Minimum 2 years' experience in a desktop or application support role
*Clear verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a small teamDesirable Skills*Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate
*Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin tools
*Exposure to JavaScript; interest in learning C#, React, HTML, and CSS
