We're looking for a Multi Skilled Operator (MSO) to join a high-performing manufacturing team within a global leader in the packaging and speciality film industry. This is a hands-on role within a dedicated cell, supporting both Thermoforming and Extrusion operations.As an MSO, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth production, first-line maintenance, and process control. You'll work closely with the Operational Team Leader and may step into leadership responsibilities when required.Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote a zero-accident culture through strong HSHE awareness.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
  • Deliver daily manufacturing performance to plan.
  • Conduct first-line maintenance and manage asset care.
  • Perform tooling, setting, and product changeovers.
  • Drive process control and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Accurately complete process documentation.
  • Mentor and train colleagues within the team.
  • Provide cover for machine operation and packing duties.
  • Solve problems within the cell and manage material movement.
  • Identify and implement waste reduction opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
  • Mechanical qualification (Level 2 or above).
  • Strong risk awareness and commitment to safe working practices.
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
  • High attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet operational needs.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights and weekends - Day Shift 06:40-19:00, and Night Shift 18:40-07:00
