Freelance Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: MidlandsRate: Outside IR35Duration: 6-month ongoing contractIdeal Experience: New Build, Refurbishment, Conservation/Historical building projectsI have a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, Main Contractor in the Midlands.This contractor specialises in high quality construction, conservation, renovation, and repair projects. The team has a broad range of experience, having worked upon Grade I listed buildings, ancient monuments, stately homes, Cathedrals and churches, as well as new build, 'one-off' large town and country houses.An example of clients include: the National Trust, The Church, Natural England, Historic England, , Conservation Trusts, members of The Historic Houses Association, Peers of the Realm and Royalty.Key Responsibilities for this Freelance Quantity Surveyor Role:
  • Corresponding with external stakeholders to document all activities
  • Over 4 years industry experience
  • Comfortable managing your own projects
  • Ideally worked on refurbishment projects (not essential)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
