  • Able to work a Rotating 3 crew shift pattern working day and nights - 6:30am-6:30pm and 6:30pm-6:30am
  • Experience in a similar role within FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
  • Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
  • A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
  • Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
  • Demonstrating teamwork and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with innovative bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.Safety isn't just a buzzword - it's our core. As a Team Member, you will be instrumental in supporting the decisions that keep us in line with these standards, ensuring a secure and top-quality environment.Our SiteOur Eastwood bakery is in the heart of the East Midlands with easy access links to the M1 near Nottingham and Derby; we're proud of our heritage and have over 300 colleagues who work a variety of shifts within Manufacturing and Distribution producing over 5,000 bread rolls and 24,000 crumpets per hour!With the latest innovation and offering a wide variety of freshly baked products daily, the site operates 363 days of the year 24/7 to manufacture and distribute to our retail stores and customers across the East Midlands.Extra DoughAt last and by no means least you will want to know what your breads worth:
