Job DescriptionClass 2 Driver - £17ph - Immediate Start
📍 Location: Hemel Hempstead
🕕 Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 startsAre you an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for secure work with a leading logistics business? We have an excellent opportunity with immediate starts available.What's on offer:
  • £17 per hour
  • Monday to Friday - no weekends
  • 06:00 starts
  • Assessment required - once passed, immediate start
  • 3 days shadowing with an experienced driver to help you settle in
  • Friendly and supportive team
The role:
  • Multidrop deliveries to customers and businesses
  • Some heavy lifting involved - must be physically fit
  • Driving a Class 2 vehicle in a safe and compliant manner
  • Vehicle checks before and after shifts
  • Ensuring stock is secured and handled carefully
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
  • Valid Class 2 (LGV/HGV) Licence
  • Digital Tachograph card
  • CPC card
  • Good knowledge of drivers' hours regulations and working time directive
  • No more than 6 penalty points
