As a Complaints Case Worker, you will provide a professional and confidential support service to a range of customers, including the public, police officers, and external agencies. Your role will involve ensuring each complaint is handled with care and professionalism, providing timely responses and managing expectations effectively.Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries from various stakeholders.
- Assess and prioritise complaints, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate channels promptly.
- Maintain accurate records on our databases, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Liaise with various officers and agencies to provide updates and support throughout the investigative process.
- Conduct necessary administrative tasks, ensuring all documentation is completed within defined timelines.
- Quality assurance of complaint handling processes to ensure adherence to statutory guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer focus.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Proven research and analytical skills to collate and assess information effectively.
- Good computer literacy across multiple databases.
- Integrity and confidentiality, representing the organisation professionally.
