  • Manage complex Adult Mental Health cases and complete statutory Care Act tasks, including assessments, reviews, and care planning.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary professionals and participate in S117 meetings, ward rounds, and Mental Health Tribunals.
  • Engage with Housing and brokerage services for effective case handling.
  • Handle Court of Protection applications and conduct Safeguarding Enquiries.
  • Carry out duty work and prioritise workloads efficiently to handle the unique challenges of mental health social work.
