Van will be provided, along with power tools, must have own hand tools, must have a clean full UK driving license. In a fast-paced environment, you will…Our client is looking for experienced Electrician’s to work in social housing with Basingstoke being your base, working in the North Hampshire area. Van will be provided, along with power tools, must have own hand tools, must have a clean full UK driving license. In a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing a first-class repair, maintenance and planned works service to their customers, you will be carrying out works on various domestic and maybe some commercial properties within their property portfolio in the Basingstoke, North Hampshire area, a basic DBS check is required, could be more work for the right person, must have a good level of IT skills.Duties Include (but not limited to)

All First & Second fixing
Repairs / Re-active maintenance
Condition reports
EICR’s
CUU Replacements
All Electrical installation
Maintain van stock via app
Fault finding
Problem solving
High Decision-making skills
Working as a team
Knowledge of health & safety
Testing

Requirements / Qualifications

AM2
C&G 2360 Part1 & Part 2
NVQ 3 Electrical Installation
2391 / 2394/5 (desirable)
18th Edition
C&G 2382-18 BS7671
Working at Heights Training (preferred)
Manual Handling (preferred)
Good IT Skills
Excellent communication skills with staff/clients/tenants
Self-motivated
Positive attitude
Basic DBS
Clean driving license

Knowledge

Excellent communication skills
Working with policies / procedures
Working in a domestic / building site environment
Excellent customer service
Multi skills an advantage
Ability to work under pressure
Working at height
3-5 years’ experience minimum
