- Managing leads generated from the estate agency team
- Providing excellent customer service and tailored financial solutions
- Cross-selling protection and other financial products
- Ensuring compliance and accurate record-keeping
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Experience as a Mortgage Advisor
- Fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
- Current Competent Advisor Status (CAS)
- Proficiency with mortgage-specific software
- Proven sales performance and cross-selling ability
- Professional, articulate, and well-presented
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
- 5-day working week
- Competitive basic salary
- OTE of £60,000 (Uncapped)
