- 07:00-15:00 (can differ due to business needs) overtime is available and encouraged for events and out of core hours and is paid at an enhanced rate.

- Work alongside the Head Chef to deliver 5* excellent food and service
- Prepare meals for daily service and events (2-220 covers, including canapés and fine dining)
- Support in designing and delivering menus tailored to client requirements
- Manage supplier relationships, place orders, and oversee stock control
- Monitor and report wastage accurately
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and allergen regulations
- Maintain proper stock rotation and secure storage of all ingredients
- Previous experience as a chef in a high-volume setting
- Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
- Knowledge of fine dining and canapé preparation
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
- Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
