Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will be responsible for developing policies and strategies for the organisation, implementation and procurement of various Trust capital projects together with providing expert specialist and professional construction and estates project advice to estates staff, directors, senior management and external agencies.You will play a major role in updating the Trust's Property Portfolio, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date, including leases.You will manage a small team of multidisciplinary estates projects staff, in commissioning and project managing capital projects of the Trusts Capital Programme improving the environment for patients and staff.You will provide a Capital Design Service and demonstrate a commitment to delivering an environment conductive to high quality healthcare for staff and patients.Main duties of the jobThe post holder is responsible to the Head of Estates for the management and delivery of all Capital Projects undertaken on Trust properties.
