- Master's Degree level qualification or a Degree in a recognised building or engineering discipline plus significant post qualification experience as a Senior Project Manager

- Significant experience of working in a senior project management role.
- Experience of managing a number of capital projects simultaneously
- Experience of project leadership on behalf of customer focused clients
- Experience of working with a wide range of agencies
- Experience of working for an NHS Trust
- Experience of using the Capital Investment Manual
- Knowledge of strategic planning procedures relating to building and engineering works
- Good understanding of financial procedures and Statutory Regulations
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Matters and, in particular, knowledge of the Construction Design and and Management Regulations
- Knowledge of NHS specific design criteria and documentation
- CAD user
- Computer literate
- Advanced CAD user
