
SEN Class Teacher

- Lead a small, supported class of children with complex needs including Autism, SEMH, and communication differences
- Plan and deliver highly differentiated, engaging lessons in line with EHCPs
- Cultivate a calm, inclusive classroom using a positive, therapeutic approach to behaviour
- Liaise closely with parents, carers, and specialist staff to ensure each child's holistic progress
- Take an active role in shaping the curriculum and school culture, with space to lead initiatives and pilot new approaches
- Clear progression routes into Lead Teacher, SENDCo, or Middle Leadership roles
- A collaborative and well-resourced environment, designed to support staff wellbeing and creativity
