  • Develop/maintain ongoing relationship with various providers and other key market players
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders globally to provide input from a capital markets perspective to searches for land or properties to be acquired, developed or disposed
  • Assist with the preparation of cost/lease rate proposals for DHL's Real Estate Solutions projects
  • Review project budgets and maintain financial models to validate underwriting for the transactions and to satisfy reporting requirements of and for working with investors
  • Transaction due diligence and transaction management
  • Arrange suitable project financial structuring through solicitation of proposals, drafting and negotiating of financial structuring agreements
  • Work with key account contacts and local teams as needed to appropriately underwrite the terms of financial arrangements regarding property transactions
  • Negotiate various types of contracts and agreements necessary for a capital transaction with an emphasis on risk mitigation
  • Provision of timely and comprehensive real estate development solutions to enhance our business competitiveness and profitability
  • Safeguard the interest of DHL in dealing with prospective investors, consultants and due diligence providers
  • Monitor and analyse macro/micro economic trends and forecast their potential impact on capital markets
  • Analyse past and forecast future for the real estate markets in the region
  • Assist with the preparation of BCAs and facilitation of their approval
  • Challenges regional developers of underwriting theory and project level assumptions
  • Leads decisions around commercial viability of projects and regions
