- Establish and maintain a site-wide DMS that aligns with both business and regulatory needs.
- Design and optimise workflow processes to improve data handling efficiency.
- Ensure documents are accurately classified, stored, and retrieved using robust metadata management.
- Drive the digital transformation of document management across platforms.
- Develop and maintain document management policies, standards, and training.
- Create metrics and KPIs to monitor and enhance DMS performance.
- Lead initiatives to ensure EHS and legal compliance, working closely with Environmental and Safety Managers.
- Manage legal registers, site audits (internal and external), and audit outcomes.
- Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate internal audit programmes and ensure continuous system improvements.
- A degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a Systems Compliance Manager or similar compliance/project management role.
- Strong knowledge of RC14001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and/or ISO 9001 standards.
- An Internal auditor certification would be beneficial
- Proficiency in project implementation and digital compliance tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
