- Level 4 (Advanced) Food Hygiene Certificate
- Level 3 Food Safety or HACCP
- NVQ Level 3 In Professional Cookery
- Certificate in ILM First Line Management
- Experience of large scale food production/kitchen management
- Budget planning experience
- Knowledge of food safety and Health & Safety law, including HACCP and COSHH
- Allergen aware
- Experience of NHS systems including ESR/E-procurement
