- Managing daily inbound deliveries from suppliers, including checking stock against invoices, labelling with relevant registration details, and storing items in the correct locations.
- Issuing parts to workshop teams, ensuring the correct items are supplied and transactions are accurately recorded in Autostock.
- Conducting regular stock takes to ensure alignment between physical stock levels and Autostock records.
- Managing and processing returns of surplus or incorrect stock to suppliers.
- Providing high-quality customer service by liaising with other departments and responding to parts-related enquiries.
- Monitoring cost per panel to ensure alignment with target budgets
- Inspecting workshops for surplus stock and returning unused items to Impress stock.
- Strong administrative skills with a methodical approach to tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the business.
