This demands an agile and responsive operations team, capable of adapting to varying processes and service requirements.As we continue to expand our service offerings and grow our customer base, the operations team - including gate-in, Swift or other defined workflows, inspection, imagery, and all aspects of vehicle preparation - must consistently deliver to a high standard and within agreed SLAs.Team members are accountable for meeting all customer-specific requirements, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer service at all times.About The RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Co-ordinator to support all administrative activities related to parts inbound and outbound. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service within the Parts Department.What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing daily inbound deliveries from suppliers, including checking stock against invoices, labelling with relevant registration details, and storing items in the correct locations.
  • Issuing parts to workshop teams, ensuring the correct items are supplied and transactions are accurately recorded in Autostock.
  • Conducting regular stock takes to ensure alignment between physical stock levels and Autostock records.
  • Managing and processing returns of surplus or incorrect stock to suppliers.
  • Providing high-quality customer service by liaising with other departments and responding to parts-related enquiries.
  • Monitoring cost per panel to ensure alignment with target budgets
  • Inspecting workshops for surplus stock and returning unused items to Impress stock.

  • Confident communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the business.
