THE ROLE:We are looking for a dynamic and sales-oriented Consumer Sales Expert to join our sales team in the UK. This role is crucial in driving sales growth through a combination of proactive outbound prospecting, efficient inbound lead handling, and dedicated member education and administrative support. You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, exceeding sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our sales organisation. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make a significant impact by engaging with potential and existing customers across multiple channels.YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTONOutbound Sales:Achieve and exceed sales goals through outbound lead generation and nurturing activities.Proactively monitor and pursue outbound and post-purchase opportunities for customer retention and upselling.Engage in pilot sales initiatives and incorporate successful tactics into your daily sales approach.Maintain accurate and detailed records of outbound sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.Inbound Sales:Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities and close deals to meet or exceed targets.Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries from various channels (phone, email, chat).Qualify inbound leads, understand customer needs, and effectively present Peloton products and services.Provide exceptional member experience throughout the inbound sales process.Customer Education & Administration:Educate customers on Peloton products, features, and benefits, addressing their questions and concerns.Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers to ensure a positive experience and drive product adoption.Assist customers with order processing and other administrative tasks as needed.Collaborate with the wider sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sale support.Cross-Functional Collaboration & ExecutionProvide cross-functional support to other teams (e.g. Account Management, Commercial orders) as needed.YOU BRING TO PELOTON:A proactive and sales oriented approach, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.A flexible and 'All In' attitude with a willingness to provide agile support as business needs evolve.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.Excellent listening and problem-solving skills, with a focus on understanding customer needs.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.Strong organisational and time-management skills.EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS REQUIRED:Experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a consumer sales environment.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation techniques.Ability to effectively handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales.A passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products, processes, and technologies.COMPENSATION:This position offers a competitive base salary plus accelerators, rewarding your success in achieving and exceeding business targets and objectives.
