Shifts: Rotating 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00About the Role:We are seeking dedicated and reliable Food Production Operatives to join our clients team on direct permanent contracts at our site in Stafford Park, Telford. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products while maintaining hygiene and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Preparing, weighing, and packaging food products
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
Following all food safety and health & safety regulations
Working as part of a team to meet production targetsRequirements:Previous experience in food production or a similar environment preferred but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Willingness to work rotating shifts (6-2 and 2-10)
