- Sponsorship Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive sponsorship strategy that aligns with event objectives. Work with teams to create sponsorship packages and tailor opportunities to meet sponsor needs.
- Sponsorship Sales & Acquisition: Identify potential headline sponsors, initiate outreach, build relationships, showcase the opportunity and close sponsorship deals.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Negotiate sponsorship terms and agreements, ensuring all deliverables, benefits, and expectations are clearly defined. Manage agreements to ensure sponsor satisfaction.
- Post-Event Reporting: Analyse and report on the effectiveness of sponsorship programmes post-event, providing sponsors with data and insights that highlight their Return on investment. Collect feedback from sponsors to improve future event sponsorship offerings.
- 3+ years working within Sales.
- Experience with sales direct to clients
- Experience negotiating contracts
- Experience managing partnerships
