  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chairperson and Board of Trustees, ensuring seamless operations at the highest level of governance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the board, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the coordination of board meetings, meticulously preparing agendas, papers, and minutes to facilitate informed decision-making and accountability.
  • Manage correspondence, meticulously proofread documents, and maintain records in strict adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and event logistics for board members, optimising efficiency and effectiveness in fulfilling the duties.
  • Drive the trustee recruitment and induction processes, prioritising diversity and inclusion to cultivate a board that reflects the communities we serve.
  • Undertake company secretary duties, ensuring meticulous documentation and regulatory compliance.
