Junior Hubspot Customer Relations Manager (Remote, Part-Time, 3 Days/Week)

- CRM Operations & Support
- Assist with day-to-day CRM tasks, including data entry, updates, and user account management.
- Provide first-line support to users, troubleshooting issues and escalating where necessary.
- Document processes, create user guides, and help onboard new Hubspot users.
- Data Management & Quality
- Maintain data hygiene, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant.
- Run regular checks to identify duplicates, inconsistencies, or gaps in data.
- Support reporting and dashboard updates to provide business insights.
- System Improvements & Testing
- Assist with testing new features, workflows, and integrations before deployment.
- Gather feedback from Hubspot users and suggest improvements to processes.
- Support the CR Manager in implementing new tools, automations, and enhancements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Prior experience with Hubspot.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Confident with Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
- Strong communication skills for supporting and training Hubspot users and non-technical people within the business.
- Experience with workflow automation or reporting dashboards.
- Exposure to sales/marketing processes or enablement functions.
- Degree or certification in data analytics, business, or IT
- Part-time, remote role (3 days/week) with potential to grow into a larger role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM in a scaling global business.
