- Adhere to all relevant internal policies and procedures as well as the Clinical Governance
- Maintain accurate data collection on Claims Center in order to provide clear evidence of costs
- Manage a varied caseload working with claims staff, panel providers and defendant/claimant
- Ongoing involvement in and contribution to business projects and product development in
- Must have a health qualification recognised by the HCPC (for example such as registered nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and strong interpersonal skills to establish a rapport with stakeholders and customers
- Solid organisation, administrative and teamwork skills to be able to collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- An ability to work under pressure and manage your time effectively to enable effective oversight of a clinical caseload along with other role duties
- Strong IT skills and a positive and flexible approach to work.
