- Lead the strategic direction of the D&T department, including curriculum development, assessment and enrichment
- Teach engaging and inclusive D&T lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Inspire creativity and problem-solving skills through hands-on, practical learning experiences
- Develop schemes of work that reflect the latest in industry, sustainability and innovation
- Is ready to lead with energy and vision
