  • Supervise and lead a team of technical staff, ensuring all work is completed in line with established policies and regulations.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on specialized aircraft, both at our primary location and at other sites across the UK.
  • Oversee all aircraft activities, including ground movement and preparation for transport.
  • Manage your team to ensure maximum output and efficiency to meet operational needs.
  • Be prepared to take on other key roles as required, such as deputy management or line supervision.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar engineering background, with a minimum of technical training from a recognized program.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role or the potential to develop these skills.
  • Strong fault diagnosis skills and a thorough understanding of the defence, aircraft, manufacturing or process industry.
  • A full, clean driving licence is essential and be able to pass a full security clearance checks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IBasic computer literacy is required
