
Manufacturing Operator Trainee

- Early Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Day Shift: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Late Shift: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
- Night Shift: 9:00 pm – 6:00 am (Monday to Thursday, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
- Hands-On Training: Learn to operate and maintain a variety of equipment and machinery used in our production process.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor the production process, inspect materials and products for quality, and make precise adjustments to ensure top-notch results.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues, minimising downtime and ensuring efficient production.
- Process Management: Follow established manufacturing processes and maintain accurate records of production jobs, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to prioritise and fulfil production orders promptly, contributing to the timely delivery of products.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the organisation and management of supplies and materials to keep the production line running smoothly.
- Career Development: Earn relevant qualifications and certifications as you grow in your role, with opportunities for further skill development and career advancement.
- GCSE C or above in English and Maths.
- A keen interest in the production process and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time to meet production deadlines.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials if required.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and weekends if necessary.
- Ideally, experience or knowledge of Digital print and finishing, although not essential.
- Familiarity with vinyl records.
