Temporary Sales Development RepThis is an excellent opportunity to join an established and fast-growing business in a key client-facing role. The initial contract will be for three months, with the possibility of extension and progression to a permanent role.You will engage in a variety of client campaigns, focusing on lead generation, appointment setting, and gathering business intelligence. Your role will involve speaking directly with decision-makers, qualifying leads, and recording detailed and accurate notes in our systems.Job Description:
  • Make outbound B2B calls to prospects on behalf of various clients
  • Set fully qualified appointments and collect relevant business intelligence
  • Record call outcomes and notes clearly and accurately
  • Adapt communication style to suit a variety of industries and clients
  • Ensure every call meets our quality standards and reflects our values
  • Work effectively independently and as part of a remote or office-based team
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound B2B calling is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manner
  • Confident, professional, and able to quickly build rapport
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Results-driven with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Flexible and adaptable to support a range of client campaigns
