- Make outbound B2B calls to prospects on behalf of various clients
- Set fully qualified appointments and collect relevant business intelligence
- Record call outcomes and notes clearly and accurately
- Adapt communication style to suit a variety of industries and clients
- Ensure every call meets our quality standards and reflects our values
- Work effectively independently and as part of a remote or office-based team
- Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound B2B calling is preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone manner
- Confident, professional, and able to quickly build rapport
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Results-driven with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Flexible and adaptable to support a range of client campaigns
- Flexible working: Hybrid (4 days from home + 1 day in office)
