Herts & West Essex Integrated Care Board (HWE ICB) is looking for an experienced Nurse who has specialised knowledge and experience of working with individuals with complex care needs.   • Registered Nurse (Adult or Mental Health) - with current registration
  • Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent level qualification or significant experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
  • Post-graduate degree in Management Studies or equivalent
Experience and KnowledgeEssential
  • Experience of working in the NHS/public body
  • Evidence of working knowledge of CHC
  • Excellent understanding of the current issues impacting on the NHS, governance, policy and an experience of its implications so as to interpret and communicate them locally
  • Significant experience of successfully operating in a politically sensitive environment
  • Demonstrated experience of coordinating projects in complex and challenging environments
  • Experience of managing risks and reporting
